Julie Renee Holland came to life coaching and PCOS advocacy after several years of public relations work for Washington, DC area associations. Holland is an engaging and articulate interviewee with a gift for explaining complex subjects in a reader/listener friendly way. Her varied background includes magazine (including the New Yorker), newspaper, radio and television interviews. Holland has also spoken at both major 2006 PCOS conferences (PCOS Association and After the Diet Network).
Holland is the author of two books about alternative medicine for women's health. She is currently conducting a survey of women with PCOS with the results to be published in early 2007.
